Key responsibilities
1) Strategic Leadership
- Support organizational development, communicate vision, mission, and values.
- Create a better home environment for residents.
- Foster a learning culture for nurses.
- Monitor KPIs and manage budget and resources efficiently.
2) Essential Indirect Nursing Care Function
- Formulate policies, procedures, and guidelines for nursing.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance standards.
- Plan and implement clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements are met.
3) Support Capability Development Initiatives
- Aid in recruiting, developing, and retaining nurses
- Enhance nursing capabilities and expand roles.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to set goals.
- Recognize staff for career growth potential and conduct performance appraisals.
4) Operational Management
- Mentor nursing team, evaluate care quality, and ensure workplace safety.
- Analyze aged care trends, review procedures, and update nursing standards.
- Educate staff on skill competencies and conduct audits for quality improvement.
- Utilize appropriate IT systems for documentation and training equipment for optimal usage.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Possession of a Registered Nursing Certificate.
- Registration with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Relevant postgraduate studies at master's degree level is preferred.
- Current possession of BCLS & AED Certificate.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in nursing.
- At least 4 years in managerial role.

- Establishing and managing operations in care centres, nursing homes, or other elderly home care services.
