Senior/Sales Support Specialist (European MNC, Boon Lay area)

This is a 12-month contract, renewable role.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Drive customer satisfaction with a service-minded and problem-solving mentality.
  • Order Handling: Manage order handling and data entry in CRM systems.
  • Order Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
  • Sample Requests: Process sample order requests efficiently.
  • Customer Onboarding: Create new customer entries in systems.
  • Customer Service: Address customer label demands and follow up on customer requests, including providing statements, certificates, questionnaires, and resolving complaints.
  • Account Manager Support: Assist Account Managers with sales-related processes and coordinative tasks.
  • Headquarters Collaboration: Collaborate with HQ (Europe) for seamless operations.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • High customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Efficient order processing and follow-up.
  • Effective collaboration with the sales team and HQ.
  • Continuous improvement in processes and customer service delivery.

Key requirements

  • Technically experienced in SAP/SAP C4C, CRM Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized in thinking, planning and task management, effective time management and detail-oriented.
  • Minimum Diploma qualifications.
  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role, with hands-on experience in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Able to travel on business needs.
