We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive / Manager to lead our client's Commercial Cleaning Business Development efforts, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial cleaning projects.

As a Sales Executive / Manager in our client company, you will be tasked with growing the business through the acquisition of small to mid-sized commercial cleaning contracts, such as those for office buildings, schools, and medium-sized commercial properties. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers and closing new business opportunities for commercial cleaning services.

This position requires someone with experience in business development, closing sales, and a strong network of contacts within the commercial cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for small and mid-sized commercial cleaning projects, such as schools, office buildings, and mid-sized commercial roperties.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building managers, facility management teams, and school administrators.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized commercial cleaning contracts, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Leverage your network within the commercial cleaning industry to generate leads and secure new business.

Tender & Contract Management:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage tender bids for small and medium-sized commercial cleaning projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure that cleaning proposals are both competitive and profitable.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for small and mid-sized commercial cleaning projects, such as schools, office buildings, and mid-sized commercial properties.

Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies aimed at growing Client's market share in the small to mid-sized commercial sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and remain competitive.
  • Participate in networking events and meetings to expand Sureclean’s presence in the market.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and additional project opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance & Reporting:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity through weekly/monthly sales reports.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in business development and closing deals within the commercial cleaning sector.
  • Strong network of contacts with commercial building managers, school administrators, and facilities management firms.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing small to mid-sized cleaning contracts (e.g., office buildings, schools). Familiarity with the tendering process for commercial cleaning services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of the sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Location: Bukit Batok
Work Type: Full-Time (5-day work week, occasional weekends if required)
